If you really wanna do it and you are a very diligent and kind person, you can actually make it on NotePad. You have to use .srt template and replacing all the time stamps and dialogues. But it takes a gut to do it, because you really have to watch when the dialogue start to when the dialogue end. Each and every dialogues 😂
I would love to make subtitles but have no program to do so. but anyway you can get most of the plot just by watching it anyway haha
